The Entertainment law department at Fenech & Fenech Advocates have a firm grasp over all legal issues surrounding the media and entertainment industry. Our expertise covers production agreements (whether for film, television, music, or theatre), distribution agreements, management agreements, recording deals, digital licensing, advertising deals, and merchandising agreements.

The department is manned by legal advisors who are active in the music industry and in the film industry (which in Malta includes the film serviceing industry) and have knowledge of all industry contracts and industry know-how to advise clients in the best possible manner. 

The department works closely with specialist lawyers in our other departments such as Intellectual Property and Information Technology to provide a full service to all our clients. Cooperation is also close with our Tax department to discuss copyright and film-funding domiciliation scenarios.
