Licensing Fees

Apart from the Gaming Tax, an application fee and a yearly license fee is to be paid to the LGA.

A processing fee of Euro 2330 is to be paid to the LGA simultaneously with the submission of the application. This is a one-time-only fee and will not be refunded, irrespective of whether the licence is granted or not. If the licence application is successful and a license is granted, a license fee of Euro 6990 per annum is charged by the LGA. (After the expiry of the initial 5 year period, a renewal fee of Euro 1165 is payable for a further 5 year period.) The audit fees for the audit of the gaming system during the certification process is approximately Euro 2330.
