International Symposium on Maritime Security

Ann Fenech has just delivered a presentation at the International Symposium on Maritime Security which was organised by and held at the World Maritime University in Malmo on the 9th till the 11th of November 2009. The discussion examined the subject from the legal perspective of the responsibility and vulnerability of the flag state in piracy and hijacking cases.
