Lessons from the Financial Crisis?

Joseph Ghio shall be speaking at the forthcoming half day seminar entitled Recent developments in company, consumer and financial services legislation: important case-law; proposals for reform organised by the Chamber of Advocates in conjunction with the Department of Commercial Law at the University of Malta, and with the support of the Malta Financial Services Authority and Banif Bank (Malta) plc. The seminar will be held on the 11th December 2009. 
Dr Ghio will be giving a presentation entitled "Lessons from the Financial Crisis? Developments in the Financial Services Regulatory Landscape". More information about the presentation will be posted to the Fenech & Fenech website following the seminar.
