Gambling - news from the European Court of Justice

Advocate General Mengozzi has submitted his opinion on a number of cases referred to the European Court of Justice by different German regional courts. The cases deal with the compatibility of German gaming rules with EU legislation, the outcome to which is eagerly anticipated by other gaming jurisdictions within the EU.
