F&F "Intellectual Property Advisory Firm of the Year in Malta"

Fenech & Fenech Advocates has been successfully chosen as the winner of the 2010 Corporate Intl Magazine Global Award ‘Intellectual Property Advisory Firm of the Year in Malta’.

Corporate INTL is a business publication with international distribution which provides its readers with a unique insight into the financial and legal world where key issues of the day are discussed as well as featured in up-to-date commentaries on a host of practice areas.

Every year, the publication organises legal awards for law firms all over the world, divided by category. Its research department conducts extensive reviews, draws insight from business leaders throughout the world and receives recommendations over the year with a view to produce a shortlist of firms per category.

For 2010, Fenech & Fenech Advocates has been awarded the prestigious award for “Intellectual Property Advisory Excellence in Malta” as part of Corporate International Magazine’s Global Awards 2010.

Over the last decade, Fenech & Fenech Advocates has focused energy and momentum into building an Intellectual Property Department consisting of lawyers specialised in the field who have a firm grasp of the different legislative regimes and of the risks and benefits associated to each sector. The Department is complemented by other specialist Departments such as tax advisory, ICT, data protection and litigation thereby providing clients with efficient value-driven solutions.
