Malta-Serbia Double Tax Treaty enters into force

According to a press release of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs published on 1 July 2010, the double tax treaty between Malta and Serbia, signed on 9 September 2009, entered into force on 16 June 2010. This treaty applies generally with effect from 1 January 2011.
